Michael Cho has been working with investors, landlords and business owners for over nine years in the real estate market. His work history includes experience in real estate investments, hotel management and office/retail/residential property management and leasing.

Cho has an active Real Estate Broker license with the State of California and holds designations as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Cho earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston University.

Howard Chang, CSM
Managing Partner

Howard Chang has over nine years experience in retail/office/residential property management and leasing in the Los Angeles region. Most of his clients have a long standing relationship and have been doing business with him for over six years. These clients include major retailers like Chase Bank, 7-Eleven, Subway, Flame Broiler, Western Dental and Little Caesars Pizza.

Chang has an active Real Estate Broker license with the State of California and holds a designation as a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Chang earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
